How we use your details
AI on Tap is run by the Agile Peterborough organisers. We collect the minimum we need to run the event, follow up with people who offer ideas, and improve future evenings.
What we collect
If you share an idea, we ask for your name, email address, what you would like to share, a short description, and optional details such as what you do or a useful link.
If you send feedback, we collect your score and optional comments. If you say you might like to speak at a future event, we also ask for your name, email address and idea.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to you, shape the AI on Tap programme, organise speakers, understand what worked on the night, and plan future events.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms. Event attendance and RSVP details may also be handled by Meetup if you RSVP there.
Analytics
We use PostHog for simple site analytics and event tracking. We do not send names, email addresses, free-text answers or form comments to PostHog. The events we track are limited to things like an idea being submitted, which broad idea categories were selected, whether a link was included, and feedback score groups.
Who sees it
The organisers of AI on Tap / Agile Peterborough may see form submissions. We do not sell your details or add you to unrelated mailing lists.
How long we keep it
We aim to delete ordinary form submissions within 12 months. If you become a speaker, organiser, sponsor contact or regular contributor, we may keep relevant contact details for longer so we can organise future events with you.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details. Contact the organisers through the Agile Peterborough Meetup group.
